Terms of Service

NovaCurrent Tech | Effective September 1, 2026

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of novacurrenttech.com and purchases from NovaCurrent Tech. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, disruptive, or unauthorized purposes; interfere with security; scrape the store without permission; introduce malicious code; or misuse another person’s information.

Product information

We aim to describe products accurately, but colors, dimensions, packaging, software interfaces, and minor design details may vary because of screens, manufacturing changes, or supplier updates. We may correct errors and update information. Material substitutions will not be made without an appropriate remedy or customer consent where required.

Pricing and orders

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping charges are shown when applicable. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may cancel or limit orders for legitimate reasons such as inventory unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, geographic restrictions, or legal compliance. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a prompt refund.

Third-party fulfillment

Products may be stored, packed, and shipped by third-party suppliers. NovaCurrent Tech remains responsible for customer-facing obligations that cannot lawfully be delegated. Supplier terms do not reduce rights provided by this policy or applicable law.

Intellectual property

The store’s original text, graphics, branding, layout, and other content are owned by NovaCurrent Tech or used under license. You may use the store only for personal, noncommercial shopping unless we give written permission.

Third-party services and links

The store may rely on or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, and social platforms. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party sites, but this clause does not eliminate responsibility imposed on us by law.

Disclaimers

Except for express warranties and rights that cannot be excluded, products and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted store access or that every product will be suitable for every device or purpose. Customers are responsible for checking disclosed compatibility, power, connector, voltage, operating-system, network, and size requirements before purchase.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaCurrent Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the store or products. Any limitation applies only to the extent lawful and does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot be waived, including applicable consumer-protection rights.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify NovaCurrent Tech for third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the store, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This does not apply to claims caused by our own unlawful conduct.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their home jurisdiction. Venue will lie in the state or federal courts located in Brevard Florida, unless applicable law permits or requires another forum. We encourage customers to contact info@novacuttenttech.com before filing a claim so we can try to resolve the issue.

Severability and changes

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights relating to completed purchases.
